The year is 1606. The unified Kingdoms of the British Isles are abound with hysteria for the Devil and HIS minions, fuelled by the paranoid King James VI and I. At the same time, a secret inquisition, previously lost to history, tries stemming the tide of Hell's influence before the brutal witch trials authorised by the Crown claim innocent lives.

The year is this year, 1862. In Daemonologie you play secret inquisitors, apostate mages, and smooth talking criminals, tracking through an alternate history to release those trapped in a demon's pact before their actions bring the dual tyranny of Hell and the British monarchy to bear.

Daemonologie is an upcoming new school revolution tabletop role-playing game that uses a uniquely bastardised d6 dicepool system. It's a high magic, planar crossing, alternate history of malicious devilry, furious tension, and relentless campery. You play anti-establishment Inquisitors, racing against the rising public fear to catch the servants of the Devil before the King's forces start executing the innocent.
